ಐದನೇ ತರಗತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಓದುತ್ತಿರುವ ನನ್ನ ಮಗಳು, ಅಪ್ಪ ಮುಂದಿನ ತಿಂಗಳು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆ ಇದೆ. ಸಲ್ಪ ಹಿಂದಿ ಕಲಿಯಲು ಸಹಾಯ ಮಾಡ್ತಿಯಾ ಅಂತ ಕೇಳಿದಾಗ, ಸರಿ ಮಗಳೇ ಪುಸ್ತಕ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಂಡು ಬಾ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿ ಅವಳ ಜೊತೆ ಕುಳಿತಿಕೊಂಡೆ.ಅದರಲ್ಲಿ ಒಂದು ಪದ್ಯ ಭಾರತ ಕಂಡ ಮಹಾನು ಸಂತ ಕಬೀರ್ ದಾಸ್ ರವರು ರಚಿಸಿದ್ದು. ಅವಳಿಗೆ ಮೊದಲಿಗೆ ಕಬೀರ್ ದಾಸ್ ರವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಒಂದು ಕಿರು ಪರಿಚಯ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಟ್ಟೆ. ನೋಡಮ್ಮ ಕಬೀರ್ ದಾಸ್ ರವರು ಜಾತಿ ಮುಖ್ಯವಲ್ಲ , ಗುಣ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಂತ ಹೇಳುತಿದ್ದರು. ದೇವರನ್ನು ರಾಮ , ರಹೀಮ್ ಹೇಗೆ ಕರೆದ್ರು ಸರಿಯೇ ಆದರೆ ಭಕ್ತಿ ಭಾವದಿಂದ ಅವರನ್ನು ನೆನೆಯಬೇಕು ಅಂತ ಅವರು ಹೇಳುತಿದ್ದರು ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿಕೊಟ್ಟೆ. ಅವಳ ಮುಖಭಾವದಿಂದ ಅವಳಿಗೆ ನಾನು ಹೇಳಿದ್ದು ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗಲಿಲ್ಲ ಅನ್ನೋದು ನನಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಯಿತು. ಅಲ್ಲ ಅಪ್ಪ ನೀನು ಹೇಳುತಿಯ ಸಂತ ಕಬೀರ್ ರವರು ದೇವರನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಬೇಕಾದ್ರು ಕರೆಯಬಹುದು ಅಂತ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಅಂತ, ದೇವರನ್ನು ಯಾವ ಹೆಸರಿನಿಂದ ಯಾರು ಬೇಕಾದ್ರು ಕರೆಯಬಹುದಾದ್ರೆ , ಯಾಕೆ ಅಲ್ಲಿ ಕಿತ್ತಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳುತಿದ್ದಾರೆ?
