आज एक छोटा सा लेख.........….... जो पार्टियाँ कश्मीर में 370 हटने के बाद अशान्ति की कामना कर रही हैं वो ख़ुद अपनी राजनीतिक सँभावनाओं को आग लगा रही हैं। कश्मीर के लिए जहाँ आज की सरकार की नीति को जनता का समर्थन मिल रहा है वहीं पूर्ववर्ती सरकारों को भी कश्मीर में भारत के प्रभुत्व को स्थापित करने की हर कोशिश को समर्थन मिलता रहा है। देश जानता है कि कश्मीर के भारत में विलय के बाद लगभग चार दशक तक लगभग शान्ति रही, इसका कारण है फैसले लेने वाली सरकार होना। 1989 के बाद अस्थाई सरकारों के दौर ने अपनी अक्षमताओं के कारण कश्मीर समस्या को बढ़ावा दिया। आज फिर देश में एक स्थाई एवं फैसले लेने वाली सरकार है और लोगों की भावनाओं के अनुरूप इस विषय पर काम कर रही है ऐसे में जो लोग विरोध कर रहे हैं वो देश की आँखों में किरकिरी बन रहे हैं। देश का मत न समझने वाले लोग न सिर्फ अपने पैरों पर कुल्हाड़ी मार रहे हैं बल्कि अपनी पार्टी के सुलझे हुए नेताओं को उलझन में डाल रहे हैं, ऐसे में दल बदल ही उनके पास एक रास्ता है क्योंकि अकेला चलो की क्षमता न किसी में बची है न स्वीकार्यता है। सीरत बदलिए सूरत बदलने से कुछ नहीं होगा। जय हिंद

Child labour in India Government said that instances of child labour detected during 2014 to 2018 have reduced successively. “Child” as defined by the Child Labour (Prohibition and Regulation) Act, 1986 is a person who has not completed the age of 14 years. International Labour Organisation (ILO) defines the term ‘Child labour’as, “work that deprives children of their childhood, their potential and their dignity, and that is harmful to physical and mental development. According to 2011 Census, there were more than 10.2 million children in the age group of 5 to 14-5 as Child labourwhich includes 6 million boys and 4.5 million girls. The factors that contribute to child labour includes the poverty and illiteracy, the family’s social and economic circumstances, lack of access to basic and meaningful quality education and skills training. There are five states which are the India’s biggest child labour employers- Uttar Pradesh, Bihar Rajasthan, Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra. As per 2011 Census, 1 in 11 children are working in India (5-18 years) 80% of the child labour in India is concentrated in rural areas  ILO 2016 data indicates that there are 152 million working children in the world between 5-17 years, of which 23.8 million children are in India. So 16% of working children are in India. #ChildLabour

The world is unprepared for a situation where adaptation fails & people are displaced due to climate. • Climate Justice is a moral argument in two parts.
