खुश हूँ इस इकतरफा इश्क़ में भी मैं

थकी आँखों को तेरी तस्वीर का जो सहारा मिल जाता है,

तेरी सादगी में ही ख़ूबसूरती का हर नज़ारा मिल जाता है,


तेरे रुख़सारों पर बलखाती जुल्फ़ों से जलन होती है मुझे,

जो इन्हें हर दो पल में तेरी छुअन का इशारा मिल जाता है,


तेरे कजरारे नैनों में झाँकते ही जो कहीं खो सा जाता हूँ मैं,

इकतरफा इश्क़ को मेरे, डूबने के बाद किनारा मिल जाता है,


गुलाब की पँखुड़ियों से कोमल लब तेरे ज़रूर करिश्मा हैं कोई,

सच होगा कि तुझे सुनने वालों को जश्न-ए-बहारा मिल जाता है,


है तमन्ना कि बयां करे कभी तो “साकेत" हाल-ए-दिल तेरे सामने,

मगर है सुकून कि तुझे यूँ निहारकर भी सुकून सारा मिल जाता है।
