स्मृति में अंकित इबारतों को मिटाना आसां नहीं होता, वक़्त के पटल पर खिंची तस्वीरों को भुलाना आसां नहीं होता, हम चाहे कहीं भी जाये स्मृति साथ रहती है, जीवन की सांध्यवेला में विस्मृत हो जीना आसां नहीं होता।

चारों तरफ चिलचिलाती धूप और सूर्य की प्रचंड किरणों से तपती रेतीली भूमि मानो धरा पर सुनहरी चादर बिछी हो। कही भी छाँव या पनाह नही दिख रहा था,तभी एक कोने में हल्की सी छाँव और दिखती परछाई ने यह आश्वस्त किया ईश्वर सबसे बड़ा पनाह देनेवाला है।
