"असगर की दुकान" कोई आम किराना स्टोर की कहानी नहीं है। यह उस जज़्बे की कहानी है जो नफ़रत की आंधी में भी मोमबत्ती की तरह जलता रहा। जब देश के कई हिस्सों में धर्म के नाम पर ज़हर बोया जा रहा है, तब असगर जैसे लोग दिखाते हैं कि सब्र, मोहब्बत और सेवा ही असली जवाब हैं। आज जब सोशल मीडिया पर बायकॉट ट्रेंड्स चलते हैं, जब नाम देखकर दुकानें चिन्हित की जाती हैं — तब हमें असगर मियां की दुकान याद रखनी चाहिए। वो दुकान नहीं, एक भरोसे की मिसाल थी। हमें भी सोचना चाहिए — क्या हमारी सोच इतनी सस्ती हो गई है कि हम नाम देखकर ईमान तय करने लगे हैं?
