We owe you an expression of remorse, O mother Earth! 

An apology,a sorry for what we have done,

For every single human offense, every dearth,

Scratching your face,all your beauty gone,

You showered the priceless gifts of nature

Free of cost ,giving peace to our chaotic mind,

O mother you gave everything to make our life better,

But our greed enhanced making us cruel from being kind,

Now every day we wreck our minds upon it - 

Step by step instructions to get your wonder back, 

Trying to erase our faults,promising not to commit,

Straining hard to get things back on track,

Without focusing on your health further, 

Our future generations will definitely curse,

We need to take care of our solitary mother, 

Sometime even you'll be glad for us
