During Vajpayee regime, a well known company Enron was planning to set up a plant in Dahbol Maharashtra, but they couldn't due to some local resistance. Outraged at the unfolding circumstances, Enron sued the Indian Govt demanding the damages of ₹ 38000 Cr Vajpayee Govt hired Harish Salve who is, as all of you know fighting the case of Kulbhushan Jhadav at ICJ. But, what will shock you to know is, the man hired by Enron was none other than PC, yes you heard it right P Chidambaram- against India. As the time rolled by, UPA came in to power & being a cabinet minister P Chidambaram could no longer advocate for Enron but he continued to be a legal adviser & he was still able to tilt the case in favor of Enron. What will now unfold is even more shocking. P chidambaram immediately : 1. Removed Harish Salve from the Enron case. 2. In his place, hired Khawar Qureshi, yes you again heard it right, a Pakistani advocate fighting case against Kuldeep Jhadav at ICJ was hired replacing Harish Salve. Finally, we lost the case & the rest is history. Congress is more evil than we ever would've thought.
