Self love isn't being selfish but it is the best thing you can do for yourself.
Loving yourself makes you feel confident, positive and worthy. You are more focused on your goals.
If you learn to love yourself, you will be able to take care of ourself and others as well, in a more efficient way.
We often think a lot and feel guilty while taking out some time for our ownselves. But the fact is that if we aren't happy or feeling better, how can we make others happy or take care good care of others.
Stealing few moments and having a break from our set priorities and busy schedules is not a crime. So, love yourselves first, and invest sometime in doing something fun and creative, that makes you feel rejuvenated and relaxes your mind and soul.
Train yourself to accept these facts:
👉 You deserve to be loved:
You are a human being and need the love, care and nurture.
Your desires, wishes, emotions and ambitions matter.
Your opinions and thoughts too hold a value.
Your life is precious and you too hold a significance in your life.
You too deserve a mindful and peaceful life.
Love and value yourself and world will do the same for you.
👉 Say 'No' when you aren't comfortable:
Your feelings and emotions matter unlike your thoughts.
If you aren't comfortable or willing to express in any form, say 'No' right away in a polite and subtle manner.
No need to let others wait or insist you to perform or express against your will.
It will save your, and theirs valuable time as well.
👉 Remind yourselves, of all your qualities:
Be assertive. Tell your mind, you are worthy, you can do it, you are capable, you have the guts and ability to perform the best.
Nothing is impossible, just give out your best.
Success and failures are just a myth. Even failures give you worthy lessons.
I personally believe, if you think negative, you will attract negativity from all around.
So, focus on your qualities rather than your imperfections or weakness.
👉Be gentle and kind to your mind and soul:
Life seems to be rough sometimes, but be gentle and nice to yourself... you are doing the best.
Learn to accept the things as they are and if you wish to improve, try, but do not force things. That should not cause stress or any anxiety.
