Evil of darkness

overpowering her mind,

making her visualize the things

the way it wants,

gradually falling into 

the depth of turmoil and, 

sinking in her own illusionary thoughts

losing control of her emotions,

void and emptiness capturing her soul

questioning the existence of her very own,

every corner of her heart 

aching and screaming,

trapped in a broken game

life seemed to be falling 

in clouds of despair,

just then she realized

she was born with wings to fly

but as she flapped to take the flight

she was reminded not to dare even 

to cross numerous social barriers

or be prepared to face the 

brutal consequences in her life

at that moment 

what would be her step?

Will she struggle....fight back

or choose to live in the shackles of life ?

Life is full of obstacles, agreed!

but the one who struggles

is only going to thrive.
