Neem is one of the very known and our own Indian native tree with multiple benefits. You can find it in every region of India as it grows well in our climate. From its leaves, bark, twigs or buds it is very useful in all the aspects for us. It has many medicinal qualities, like its bark which is useful in treatment of Malaria, many skin diseases and also in stomach achs too.

It's twigs are also used in treating bad breath and cough or asthmatic problems. Its abstract is used in curing diabetes also.

Neem tree's buds and flowers can be used in curing intestinal worms by taking its juice to children.

The abstract of Neem leaves is used in liver and stomach problems. Reducing bile and curing intestinal worms as well as in the treatment of leprosy.

It's fruit is used in curing eye disorders, bloody nose and urinary problems.

It is mentioned as a holy tree and is benefiting to mankind since ages as it is one of the oldest trees of Asian continent. It's leaves, fruits, twigs, flowers and bark all are sour in flavour but they are used in many medicines and cosmetic things like Neem oil is a part of many hair oils, face packs and serums as it is a very good content for skin tightening and also curable in skin infections.

So if you have a Neem tree in your garden you might be very lucky to have a multipurpose plant near you and if you don't then just plant a new one for future benefits.
