I don't want to be a rose

Once there was a beautiful garden. Several colourful flowers were enhancing vanity of the garden. But the forte of the garden was not it's beauty but it's variation. Accent of the garden was roses of all colours.

Whosoever, visits there praises the garden and it's scenic view. 

Something was inoperable over there. A wild plant was standing innocently adjacent to the entrance. It used to grab the attention of the people and they all see it in disgust. People often say it should be removed from here as it spoils the view over their. The gardener never lends ears to their words. Rather he often keeps on taking care of it.

On the other hand, the plant was also sad. It used to think that I am not as beautiful and attractive as rose, no one loves me, I do not smell pleasantly, I am useless and so on.

A tiny butterfly often comes to it and used to spend so much time with it.

He fell in love with the butterfly. As he was not happy with itself. He felt inferior infront of the butterfly. He also does not like, that the butterfly visits to all the roses first then it comes to him. He was dejected and feel demean by several such thoughts. Sometimes, he also wants to be like rose... Beautiful, vibrant, fragrant....

Once, he scooped all his courage and utter to the butterfly in displeasure, "Why you use to come to me?" 

Butterfly replied, "I like to spend time with you, I like you, it's simple!! Isn't it enough?" 

"I have seen you that you like those roses the most." He said.

"Yes, I do like them, but you are unique. Their sweetness irritate me after a certain period of time. They all are the same but you are different. You are unfragrant, but your company refreshes me. You are like an anti oxidant for me."

After knowing all this he was amused and said to itself, 

"I love the way I am.. I AM UNIQUE!! I DON'T WANT TO BE A ROSE.!!"
