SELF LOVE

I applied a filter on Instagram,

 To find out the prettiest part of my face

I always thought my face had no glam

But then filter said “I have a pretty face”.

I was surprised

I was shocked

I laughed a lot

But the praise absolutely rocked.

I accepted the fact,

I am special

I may be a mother, teacher and donning many hats

But then I am a unique creation of God and that is a fact.

I deserve love

I deserve the yummiest of food

I deserve my break

And Universe wants only my good.

I am not perfect

I am not always right

But that does not mean

That others can hurt me with their nasty words and unnecessarily fight

Love your neighbour, love your spouse

Love your kids and even love your pet mouse

Most importantly, love yourself

My health is my wealth

My smile is worth millions

I cannot be replaced

I am absolutely priceless.
