Nursery Rhyme Revisited Humor Poem Ha Ha

Jack and Jill went up the hill.

To fetch a pail of water.

Why they went so up a place,

We came to know much after.

Jack looked good in every way,

And Jill was much sought after.

They hid and play and play and hid,

Suppressed so well their laughter.

Their love was hot, but no one knew,

Their Pa was not bit softer.

They ran up fast and hid and slid,

And crossed the pools of water.

Scooted fast and kept the pace,

Their aim was hills much lofter.

Their Pappas had smelt their scent,

And pursued them much faster.

Enticed them cool, and got them caught.

For they were not much crafter.

Ran for life, when blows rained hard,

On turf that was bit harder.

Now come the lines you waited for,

Which closes down the chapter.

Jack fell down and broke his crown,

And Jill came tumbling after.
