May this May be a happy May,

May it spread happiness and cheer on and in every way

May this May be a joyful May

May it shower only good cheer and happiness your way

May this May be a cheery May,

May all the world's worries for forever blow away

May this May be a merry May,

May love, faith and temperance find back their way

May this May keep us all in God's Way,

May long lost human values find back a way

May this May usher in only hope and happiness in its sway,
