Emojis are the new language for Gen Z. Instagram, YouTube and many more social media apps are literally having the major timespan of today's generation.

If we turn back to the time twenty years ago, there was a time when people had phones for their work or calling purposes only or to some extent to message themselves.

But as the time is passing people are using phones just to show their status in society. The more expensive the model, the more show off they can do in their circle. Also they really don't have any social circle just like a time ago we had social gatherings, having meaningful conversations or just laughter with our real friends. They are just connected with their phones not in the real world but in reel or fake world.

The bad impacts of scrolling the social media more than recommended hours are mostly seen in today's generation. Like less concentration, insomnia, attention seeking disorder, depression, panic attacks and many more mental health problems.

For all these things one thing a person can do is “Social media distancing” for some days or reduce it to less hours. This thing helps you to get into your normal life schedule without having your phone. You can connect to your family and friends in real-time, get to know their nature and behaviour and also discover your inner strength and mindset. Having conversation with them, connecting with nature, reading a book, going for a walk, physical exercise or listening to your favourite music.

It also strengthens you to make right decisions, reduces anxiety and controls your aggressive behaviour.

So leave your phone and grab a book. Read or write something inspiring or just listen to some great personalities.

It improves your mental health and is good for your overall physical and mental development.
